QC in Workshop:
Four supevisors will check to make sure products meet quality for different production line. Our QC team checks every product 3 times to ensure zero defects.
QC in Packaging:
Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging.

If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
